e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Tha following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS:This project is subject to the California Building Cotle(CBC) <br /> and San Joaquin County Ordinance requir¢ments will be applicable to the proposed project. A building permit for each separate structure or building is required.
