Violation T 27 CCR 20750—Site Maintenance—Burned wood debris,concrete,rubble,and other materials encountered during <br /> excavation of trench are still on site. <br /> a. Provide a plan of removing the waste to EHD for review and approval by April 14,2007. <br /> b. This waste shall be transported and disposed offsite to a permitted landfill facility. <br /> 2. Violation T 27 CCR 20530—Site Security—A portion of fence located on the north,east,west and south property boundary was <br /> found open. <br /> a. Make necessary repairs/installation of fencing to provide site security. <br /> 3.AC T 27 CCR 20919.5—Explosive Gas Control-Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: <br /> VW 1 =0.0 VW 7=Shallow=0.0 Deep=0.0 VP 1 3.7 <br /> VW2=0.0 VW 8=Shallow=0.0 Deep=0.0 VP2=9.1 <br /> VW 3 =0.0 VW 9=0.0 VP 3 =6.6 <br /> VW4=0.0 VW 10=0.0 VP4= 10.7 <br /> VW 5 =Shallow=0.3 Deep=0.4 EW 1 =7.7 <br /> VW 6=Shallow=4.3 Deep=0.9 EW 2= 12.5 <br /> a. Explosive gas shall not exceed 5%CH4 at boundary. <br /> b. Continue biweekly monitoring to measure landfill gas concentrations within the probes,extraction wells,and passive vents. <br /> 4.AC T 27 CCR 20830-Litter control—Litter observed near fence boundary on the east side. <br /> a. Remove all litter. <br /> Notes: <br /> A. Burrowing holes observed at north site of the property.Take adequate measures to control burrowing animals. <br /> B. Site is in the process of preparing a work-plan to install the Solar Vent System for the pipes of the passive soil vapor <br /> extraction trench. <br /> C.
