EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are currently no septic systems at the subject property. <br /> Once the parcel boundaries are changed, the septic system located at the southwest <br /> residence in Parcel 1 will be located on the subject property (Figure 3). The septic system <br /> is utilized by the residence 365 days per year and consists of a 1,600-gallon septic tank <br /> with two compartments and three 80-foot long leach lines (Appendix B). <br /> There are no plans to install another septic system at the subject property. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are currently no septic systems at the subject property. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) issues septic and well <br /> permits. The agency was contacted to provide any permits under the subject property <br /> address. No permits were on file for the subject property address. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no septic wastewater repair permits on file at the EHD. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for agricultural land use. Several liquid waste permits <br /> are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the subject <br /> property. <br /> 3.5.
