The wells are all a minimum of 100 feet away from the closest septic system <br /> (Figure 3). There are no development plans for the property and therefore there will be <br /> no change to the water being supplied to the property. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are four (4) existing septic systems at the subject property. Septic systems are <br /> located adjacent to the main office, southeast residence, gardener's/worker's break room <br /> (breakroom), and to the east of the southwest residence (Figure 3). The septic systems <br /> located adjacent to the dwellings are utilized by the residences 365 days a year, and the <br /> septic systems located adjacent to the main office and breakroom are utilized by nursery <br /> employees during business hours. <br /> There are no plans to install another septic system at the subject property. <br /> 3.1 . EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The septic system servicing the southwest residence consists of a 1,600-gallon septic <br /> tank with two compartments and three 80-foot long leach lines. The septic system located <br /> adjacent to the breakroom consists of a 1,200-gallon septic tank with two compartments <br /> and one 70-foot long leach line (Appendix B). No additional information was available for <br /> the other two septic systems. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The EHD issues septic and well permits. The agency was contacted to provide any <br /> permits under the subject property address.
