Valinoti : <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board (Board) staff <br /> conducted a State Inspection of the California Waste Removal <br /> Systems, Inc. Transfer and Processing Station on December 14 , <br /> 1990, pursuant to Division 30 , Public Resources Code (PRC.) , Section <br /> 44105 . Enclosed is a copy of the State Inspection Report . <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections <br /> of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR) , <br /> Chapter 3 , Article 6 (Transfer/Processing Station Standards ) and <br /> Chapter 5 (Enforcement of Solid Waste Standards and Administration <br /> of Solid Waste Facilities Permits ) . <br /> The following violation of the PRC was documented during the <br /> inspection: <br /> 30 PRC 44004 Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP) <br /> In addition, one area of concern was noted regarding facility <br /> compliance with state regulations : <br /> 14 CCR 17497 Personnel Health and Safety <br /> The Stipulated Notice and Order , dated September 28 , 1990 , sets <br /> June 15, 1991 as date certain for the operator to submit a complete <br /> application for a revised SWFP. If this date is not adhered to, <br /> enforcement action must be pursued to insure that State Laws and <br /> Regulations are being met at this site (PRC, Section 43209) . <br /> Pnnted on Recycled Paper <br />
