One violation and one area of concern <br /> were observed during the State Inspection and are documented below. <br /> The facility was found in compliance with all other applicable <br /> standards. <br /> This State Inspection Report describes violations, areas of concern, <br /> corrections implemented since the last inspection, and outlines <br /> compliance with the remaining applicable standards .
