 e
California Waste Removal Systems, Inc.
17564 Liquid Wastes
Mr . Vaccarezza told me that agricultural waste is dewatered and used
in the composting operation. I did not observe any liquid wastes
received during this inspection.
CONCLUSIONS
The CWRS Transfer Station was found in violation of one State Law.
In addition, one area of concern was noted regarding compliance with
a State Minimum Standard. The operator must be directed to correct
the violation and area of concern outlined in this report as soon as
possible in order to be in compliance with applicable sections of 14
CCR and 30 PRC. As a reminder , any person who operates a solid waste
facility in violation of the terms and conditions of the permit is
subject to civil penalty not to exceed ten thousand dollars ( $10, 000)
for each day the violation or operation occurs, pursuant to PRC,
Article 2, Section 45200 .
The overall condition and appearance of this facility was excellent.
It is apparent that the operator and site employees take pride in
station operations .
AW
NVIP,
3
PEr
Va
V !
• ! /ifs
Waste Management Specialist
