Wickes and Collins of your agency, of the California Waste <br /> Removal Systems, Inc. Large Volume Transfer Station on January 23, <br /> 1992, pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRC) , <br /> Sections 43214 and 43219 (b) . The facility was evaluated for <br /> compliance with applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, <br /> California Code of regulations (CCR) . Enclosed are two copies of <br /> the State Inspection Report, one for your records and one to <br /> forward to the operator. <br /> The following violation of applicable State Laws and regulations <br /> were documented during the inspection: <br /> 30 PRC 44004 Permit, significant Change <br /> 30 PRC 44014 (b) Permit, Terms and Conditions <br /> In addition, the following "area of concern" was noted regarding <br /> facility compliance with the following State Minimum Standard: <br /> 14 CCR 17441 Report of station Information (RSI) <br /> It is noted that your agency has taken appropriate enforcement <br /> action with regard to the above violations and area of concern. In <br /> response to a 9/28/90 Notice and Order requiring the operator to <br /> "revise the permit", Board staff received (1/24/92) an RSI (dated <br /> 1/92) along with a proposed Solid Waste Facility Permit which will <br /> be presented to the Board for consideration of concurrence at an <br /> upcoming Board meeting. <br /> —Printed on Recycled Paper-- <br />
