Documents which describe the construction and <br /> operation of the Facility are also enclosed. <br /> the status of the other regulatory approvals required for this <br /> Facility is as follows: <br /> The Lodi City Planning Commission has Approved a conditional <br /> use permit and certified the filing of a Negative <br /> Declaration for this Facility, as indicated by the enclosed <br /> letter from the City of Lodi dated February 12, 1992 . <br /> The thermal processing unit is currently permitted to operate <br /> (Permit No. 90-93) at various locations within the District <br /> by the San Joaquin County it Pollution Control District.
