Explain how you will operate your facility so' that it <br /> will comply with the conditions in Section 18420 (b) , which are <br /> explained, in part, below: <br /> ■ For every 100 recyclable plus other waste tires that <br /> you receive, 90 of those recyclable plus other waste <br /> tires shall either be removed from the facility within <br /> 150 days of receipt, which includes resale in <br /> accordance with Section 393 . 75, 49 CFR, October 1, <br /> 1977, or retreaded or remolded within 150 days of <br /> receipt (see example in this subsection).. <br /> ■ The total number of recyclable plus other waste tires <br /> maintained on the business premises for more than 150 <br /> days shall not exceed 25 percent of the number of <br /> recyclable plus other waste tires received during the <br /> previous 150 days (see example in this subsection) . <br /> (use additional pages if necessary) <br /> ii. If your exclusion is approved by the Board you shall <br /> maintain the following information at your facility for each 150 <br /> day period: <br /> ■ Quantity of recyclable plus other waste tires maintained <br /> on the business premises at the beginning of each 150 day <br /> period. <br /> ■ Number of recyclable plus other waste tires received <br /> during the 150 day period (this must be substantiated by <br /> receipts or other verifiable information) . <br /> ■ Number of recyclable plus other waste tires that are <br /> transported from the facility, retreaded, remolded, or <br /> resold in accordance with Section 393 . 75, 49 CFR, during the <br /> 150 day period (this must be substantiated by receipts or <br /> other verifiable information) . <br /> CIWMB 500 (10/92) <br />
