I discussed the results with Mr. <br /> Sanchez after the state inspection. <br /> RESULTS <br /> Four violations of State Minimum Standards were observed and are <br /> documented below. The site was found in compliance with all <br /> other applicable standards. However, two areas of concern -were <br /> documented.
