I observed <br /> no interference with off site traffic, no stacking of vehicles on <br /> public roads or any other traffic control problem. <br /> Section 17546 - General <br /> The number and types of equipment on site were sufficient to <br /> properly operate this facility. According to Larry Crump, <br /> Equipment Manager, the following on site equipment are: <br /> 4 - Front-end loaders <br /> 1 - Caterpillar dozer <br /> 1 - Woodchipper <br /> Section 17547 - Standby f!qMipment <br /> According to Larry Crump, Equipment Manager, they do not need <br /> standby equipment. If equipment breaks down, they repair it on <br /> the same day. In the event that waste cannot be handled due to <br /> equipment unavailability, they close the station and have the <br /> drivers dump in the landfill. <br /> Section 17548 - Transfer Vehicles <br /> Transfer vehicles were covered. <br /> Section 17549 - Equipment Inspection <br /> Equipment was available for inspection. <br /> Waste Management Specialist <br />
