The _ Lesrarsre _o <br /> rt that <br /> you sent to us is not considered to be a compi nce a re A <br /> compliance agreement must contain an action plan or correcting each <br /> of the violations. It is not acceptable to simply state that a <br /> violation has been corrected or is in compliance. An action plan <br /> must outline an operator' s program for assuring continued compliance <br /> wit particular Stan a le„ an operator could establish <br /> a quality conroi program with self inspections at a site each day to <br /> insure`aZ areas are roer <br /> p p y covere . <br /> The operator of California Waste Removal System must formulate a plan <br /> and/or procedure for making sure that each of the following sections <br /> stay in compliance: <br /> Section 17486 - Station Construction <br /> Section 17533 - Vector and Bird Control <br /> A second state inspection will be conducted as soon as we receive an <br /> acceptable response on this matter.
