Permit No. 39-AA-0017 <br /> The Five Year Review Document (ROSI ) for California Waste Removal <br /> Systems Inc. Transfer Station and Recycling Center dated <br /> December, 1988 indicates a significant change in projected <br /> tonnage. This change will require a revised Solid Waste Facility <br /> Permit. In addition, in order to comply with the provisions of the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) , the City of Lodi <br /> must provide the San Joaquin Local Health District (SJLHD) , proof <br /> of conformity with the (CEQA) including a copy of the Notice of <br /> Defetemination as filed with the State Clearance House. <br /> If you have any questions regarding the above issue, please <br /> contact Alan Biedermann R.
