This change will <br /> require a revised Solid Waste Facility Permit. In addition, in <br /> order to comply with the provisions of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Lodi must provide <br /> to the San Joaquin Local Health District (SJLHD), proof that this <br /> facility is in compliance with CEQA.
