The permit review consists of an appraisal acid/or a <br /> report containing the following elements ! <br /> 1 . Report of Facility Information <br /> 2. Periodic Site Review (Landfills only) <br /> 3. 5 year permit review report <br /> 4. Draft permit report <br /> 5. Proposed final permit <br /> The review of each element is time-consuming and an Expense to <br /> the department.
