Bax 319 <br /> Lodi, CA 95241 <br /> RE: 5 Year permit Review - California Waste Removal Systems , <br /> Inc. , Transfer Station and Recycling Center, San Joaquin <br /> County #39-AA-0017 . <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> The California Waste Removal System Inc. , Transfer Station solid <br /> waste facility located at 1333 E. Turner Road, Lodi has been <br /> reviewed by the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental <br /> Health Services (LEA) in accordance with the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 14 , Chapter 5, Article 3 , Section 18213 . <br /> The Department has reviewed and evaluated the following <br /> documents; <br /> 1 . Report of Station Information dated December, 1988 . <br /> 2 . Solid Waste facility permit #39-AA-0017 dated September 15 , <br /> 1980 . <br /> 3 . City of Lodi Use permit dated March 13, 1980 . <br /> Upon review of the above documents and are on-site inspection of <br /> the facility an June 15 , 1939; it is the determination of the LEA <br /> that there is a significant change in the design and operation of <br /> the solid waste facility. <br /> It is further determined that the sianificant chanaes of the <br /> existing permit will require a Permit__ revision .-. A C;EQA review <br /> ew <br /> Hill also be required. <br /> . <br /> The LEA recommends that the changes listed below be incorporated <br /> into the permit revision: <br /> 1 . Hours of Operation: <br /> Public Access - 7 : 00 A.M. - 5 : 00 P.M daily <br /> Operations of the station are conducted on a 24 hour basis <br /> and has been an existing condition. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
