A registered professional engineer shall design a system or combination of systems to treat , filter <br /> or infiltrate the 85th percentile storm as defined in the County ' s Post- Construction 2009 <br /> SWQCCP . The system design shall follow standards as outlined in the 2009 Storm Water <br /> Quality Control Criteria Plan and comply with the conditions of the County Phase I NPDES <br /> permit .
