Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> OBSERVATIONS <br /> Name on Food Safety Certificate: Expiration Date: <br /> Warewash Chlorine(Cl): 100 ppm Heat: °F Water/Hot Water Ware Sink Temp: 120°F <br /> Quaternary Ammonia(QA): ppm Hand Sink Temp: 100°F <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> 2 Dr Victory cooler--40.00°F 1 Dr Tor-rey cooler--41.00°F <br /> Mop sink--121.00°F Steam table--166.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the associate in charge and explained the reason for my visit.The associate stated that no one has <br /> complained of their food or of being sick but the welcomed me to enter to conduct my inspection. I observed food preparation <br /> during this time as the facility had customers arriving to order food.All food items are cooked then kept warm on the steam <br /> table until an item is ordered. The food is prepared in the morning and kept inside of the coolers until supplies run low and <br /> cooked.
