Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Facility currently does not contain hot water at the mop sink,food preparation sink or the 2-compartment <br /> sink at this time. Staff stated that the water heater had stopped working a day prior to my inspection and repair could not be <br /> made until Friday or Saturday, 10/09- 10/10/2020.
