S b N J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department
COUNTY
Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
Facility Name and Address: EL GRULLENSE#6, 1360 E ALPINE AVE, STOCKTON 95204-3503
Steam table--159.00°F Steak--Steam table--140.00°F
Rice--Steam table--140.00°F 2 Dr Victory cooler--41.00°F
Chicken--Steam table--158.00°F 1 Dr True cooler--41.00°F
NOTES
Complaint inspection.
Facility contains three complaints made of similar natures. I discussed the issue with one of the complainant prior in which
they stated feeling ill but could not describe the feeing, not recalling what type of burrito was consumed, and could not recall
the time of day the burrito was consumed either. Upon arrival to the facility, I asked the staff if they had any knowledge of a
complaint being made with the same nature, in which both staff members stated to have no knowledge of anyone complaining
of their food. I began by taking temperatures of all food storing cooling in order to ensure cooling temperatures are met.
Observed a single utensil being used for the prepared food items at the steam table, build up on the soda nozzle at the soda
machine and sanitizer buckets that are in need to be redone. However the facility did not contain hot water at this time for any
of the food preparation sinks, hand washing or ware-washing.The staff stated that the hotwater heater had went out a day
prior to my arrival, 10/07/2020.The owner was called in which they stated they will try to have someone make repairs to the
water heater on Friday or Saturday. I stated that the facility must be closed until the repairs are made and a re-inspection is
conducted.
Facility closure due to a major violation.
Official inspection report mailed to facility.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)616-3023
FA0001458 C00052780 SCO01 10/08/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 2 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
