COMPLAINANT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Both associates on site stated that had <br /> no knowledge of a complaint of this nature being made and invited me inside to conduct my inspection.According to the staff <br /> on site, no staff have complained of feeling ill, appeared ill, left the country or state and no changes have been made to the <br /> current meat distributor. The facility contains sanitizer buckets thats are the proper sanitizing level of 100 PPM Chlorine, hand <br /> washing stations are stocked and all food it properly stored away. However,the facility is currently running the entire operation <br /> from one 2-door Victory cooler that is located in the kitchen.The cooler was tempted at 54F while various food items were <br /> tempted at different temperates ranging from 44F-51 F.The meat item that was tempted at 51 F and discarded.The remainder <br /> items were kept inside of the cooler and I advised that a repair will need to be made or a replacement cooler willneed to be <br /> brought in. <br /> A re-inspection will be conducted on 11/19/2020 to review corrections. <br /> Official inspection report mailed. <br /> FA0001458 C00052960 SC544 11/18/2020 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 1 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
