Soil Suitability Evaluation CTE Job # 25-0726G <br />Proposed Single Family Residence <br />5388 Fig Road <br />Manteca, California <br />May 4, 2020 Page 1 of 14 <br />1.0 GENERAL <br />As requested, CTE CAL, Inc. (CTE) has completed a Soil Suitability Evaluation for the proposed <br />custom home to be located at 5388 Fig Avenue in Manteca, California. The purpose of this <br />evaluation was to determine the suitability of the project site for onsite wastewater treatment <br />system (OWTS) disposal. The evaluation was performed in general accordance with the <br />requirements of Section 9-10100C of San Joaquin County Ordinance Code for Septic Tank Usage. <br />The following report includes information regarding the proposed development, past and present <br />use of the property, and, general soil and groundwater conditions at the project site/vicinity. In <br />addition, our assessment procedures, site conditions encountered during the field exploration and <br />results of percolation tests performed at the site are presented herein. <br />2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION/PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br />The project is located in the south-central part of San Joaquin County (south of Manteca). The <br />project site is Zoned "AG40" and is within Flood Zone "X". The custom home is proposed to be <br />constructed on the northern side of a rectangular 5.72 -acre parcel located at 5388 Fig Road APN <br />226-050-02, Parcel "A") in Manteca, California. The project site is bound by Fig Road to the <br />North, with agricultural properties to the west and east, and an existing residence immediately <br />south (also on APN 226-050-02, Parcel "A"). <br />At the time of our field reconnaissance, the proposed custom home site was cleared of any <br />vegetation and was relatively flat and empty. The project is proposed to consist of constructing a <br />new 4,896 square foot single family residence with attached garage located approximately 180 feet <br />north of the existing residence. Figure 1, Site index Map, at the end of this report, shows the <br />general location of the site. Figure 2, Exploration Map, shows the configuration of the proposed <br />project/site. Figure -3, is the San Joaquin County Assessors Parcel Map of the project site area. <br />%7aLt"4( <br />
