CA 95212 <br />RE PROPOSED: Tacos el Tarrasco <br />3338 Catedral Street <br />Stockton, CA 95212 <br />Dear: Mr. Lopez Marin <br />This letter indicates San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) approval of <br />drawings submitted for the proposed Tacos el Tarrasco, is subject to the following <br />condition(s): <br />1.Both sides of the food vehicle shall be provided with business name with letters of a <br />minimum 3 inches in height and owner's name, city, state and zip code of a minimum 1 inch in <br />height at time of final inspection. <br />2.Provide at time of inspection vehicle registration, commissary letter, and state insignia from <br />the Housing and Urban Development department. <br />3. Provide at time of inspection hot water of a minimum of 120 F, refrigerators shall be 41 F or <br />lower, and all food warmers shall be a minimum of 135 F or higher. Freezers shall also be on. <br />4.AII manufactured and custom-made food service equipment must be certified for sanitation <br />by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited certification program. All <br />proposed equipment is subject to EHD approval [CRFC §114130]. <br />The EHD must be kept informed of the construction progress. A final inspection must be <br />performed, operating permit fees paid, and approval to operate granted prior to opening for <br />business. All equipment must be installed and thorough cleaning completed prior to the final <br />inspection. Inspections must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Charges for <br />1868 E.
