<br /> Method: In a pressure cooker add oil, cranberries, red chilli powder, coarse ground mustard
<br /> powder, coarse ground fenugreek powder, turmeric powder and jaggery. Cook for 5 minutes.

<br /> 9.1 Spicy Garlic Blend (Lasun Chutney)
<br /> Ingredients: Garlic Cloves, Desiccated Coconut, Raw Peanuts, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Sugar
<br /> Method: Roast peanuts until toasted. Roast dessicated coconut until it becomes golden brown.
<br /> Add Garlic pieces and 1 tsp salt in a grinder and pulse grind it. Now add roasted peanuts,
<br /> roasted coconut, red chili powder, sugar and salt. Grind until it becomes a fine powder.
<br /> 9.2 Spicy Sesame Blend (Til Chatni)
<br /> Ingredients: coarse ground Black Sesame, Desiccated Coconut, Roasted Peanuts, Red Chilli
<br /> Powder, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Salt, Sugar
<br /> Method: Dry roast coarse ground Sesame for 3 to 4 minutes. Dry roast grated coconut over
<br /> medium low heat until brown. Add coarse ground Black Sesame, roasted peanuts, roasted
<br /> coconut, Red Chili Powder, dehydrated curry leaves, sugar, and salt to taste. Grind all in a
<br /> grinder and make a fine powder.

<br /> Ingredients: Red Lentils, Dehydrated minced Onions, Garlic powder, ginger powder, coriander
<br /> powder, coarse ground cumin , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, oil, Salt
<br /> Method: Wipe lentil with a moist towel and then sun dry for just an hour. Add oil to a pan when it
<br /> is hot add coarse ground cumin, red lentils, Dehydrated minced Onions, Garlic powder, ginger
<br /> powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix. Switch off the flame and
<br /> add Salt.
