Mix and cook it for one <br /> whistle. Release pressure and add almond flour. Mix it and cover it again for 5 to 10 minutes. <br /> Start kneading to bring the dough together into a pliable ball.Roll it out to desired thickness and <br /> cut into pieces. <br /> 2.2 Cashew Flour Candy <br /> Ingredients: Cashews, Sugar, Water, 0� <br /> Method: Grind the cashews to a fine powder. Ad sugar, water and clarified butter to a pressure <br /> cooker. Mix and cook it for one whistle. Release pressure and add almond flour. Mix it and cover <br /> it again for 5 to 10 minutes. Start kneading to bring the dough together into a pliable ball. Roll it <br /> out to desired thickness and cut into pieces. <br /> 00iCoconut Fudge Squares <br /> Ingredients: Desiccated Coconut, condensed milk, full fat milk,Erified Butter Cardamom oG_ <br /> powder, Powdered Roasted Nuts <br /> Method: Add finely desiccated coconut to a heavy bottom pan. Add condensed milk and full fat <br /> milk. Mix everything well.Cook until it thickens Add cardamom powder and mix. Grease a tray <br /> with clarified butter. Transfer the thickened mixture to the tray, sprinkle it with powdered roasted <br /> nuts and let it cool. Cut into squares. <br /> 3.2 Split Bengal GrarwfiaurftlkgkbSquares <br /> Ingredients: Split Bengal Gram flour,Qarified Butte , Sugar <br /> Method: In a pan, add clarified butter and warm it. To this add Split Bengal Gram Flour, mix and <br /> roast on low heat until the raw smell is replaced with a roasted aroma. The color of the clarified <br /> butter and split bengal gram mixture should turn from yellow to golden yellow. <br /> Sugar Syrup: In a pressure cooker add sugar, water and clarified butter. Mix. Heat it until one <br /> whistle. Release pressure. Add the roasted Split Bengal Gram Flour mixture to the sugar syrup <br /> and mix thoroughly. Pour into a well-greased container. Cut into rectangles while the mixture is <br /> warm, yet firm. <br /> �3.3 Roasted Gram FA&r Fudge Balls <br /> Ingredients: Split Bengal Gram flour, Powdered Sugar, Clarified Butter, Cardamom powder, <br /> Raisins ©k- <br /> Y <br /> Method: Heat clarified butter in a pan, add split bengal gram flour, mix well and cook on medium <br /> flame stirring continuously until it is roasted. Switch off the flame and keep mixing it for one more <br /> minute. Let it cool down completely. Add sugar, cardamom powder and mix well until you get a <br /> crumbly texture.
