Add carom seeds and crushed <br /> peppercorn along with salt. Mix well. Heat Oil and pour over the flour. Crumble the oil with <br /> dough well and rub with your hands. Add water slowly and start to knead the dough until it <br /> forms a stiff and tight dough. Divide it into equal sized balls. Take one dough ball at a time <br /> and roll into a circle. Cut into 1 inch squares or diamonds using a knife, pizza cutter. Heat oil <br /> in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the cut squares and fry them until golden brown. Allow <br /> them to completely cool on a large baking tray. <br /> C V6. Churro <br /> 6.1 Savory Churros <br /> Ingredients: Rice flour, gram flour, oil, water, turmeric powder, carom seeds, cumin seeds, red <br /> chili powder, asafoetida, white sesame seeds, salt <br /> Method: Take the rice flour and gram flour in a bowl.Add the carom seeds, cumin seeds, sesame <br /> seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida and salt.
