<br /> Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Salt, Sugar
<br /> Method: Dry roast Sesame Seeds for 3 to 4 minutes. Dry roast grated coconut over medium low
<br /> heat until brown. Add Black Sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, roasted coconut, Red Chili Powder,
<br /> dehydrated curry leaves, sugar, and salt to taste. Grind all in a grinder and make a fine powder.
<br /> 11. Dried Vegetarian-Based Soup Mixes
<br /> 11.1 Red Lentil Soup Mix
<br /> Ingredients: Red Lentils, Dehydrated minced Onions, Garlic powder, ginger powder, coriander
<br /> powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, oil, Salt
<br /> Method: Wipe lentil with a moist towel and then sun dry for just an hour. Add oil to a pan when it
<br /> is hot add cumin seeds, red lentils, Dehydrated minced Onions, Garlic powder, ginger powder,
<br /> coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix. Switch off the flame and add Salt.

<br /> Ingredients: Red Kidney Beans, Dehydrated minced Onions, Sun dried Tomatoes, Garlic
<br /> powder, ginger powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder oil,
<br /> Salt
<br /> Method: Mix all ingredients.
<br /> 12. Dried Grain Mixes
<br /> 12.1 Savory Lentil Rice Mix AN
<br /> Ingredients: Rice, Split Yellow Lentils, Peppercorns,Cloves, Cinnamon, ashewnut, Dehydrated
<br /> Ginger, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Dried Red Chillie4CClarified Butter Mustard Seeds, Cumin
<br /> Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Dehydrated Coriander leaves, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, Salt
<br /> Method: Wipe rice and lentil with a moist kitchen towel and then sun dry for just an hour. Heat
<br /> clarified butter in the pan and add the whole spices (peppercorn, cloves, cinnamon) and saute for
<br /> few seconds then add cumin and mustard,when cumin start crackling then add the cashew nuts,
<br /> whole red chilies, asafoetida, ginger,curry leaves and stir for few seconds. Now add the rice and
<br /> yellow lentil in the pan and saute for about 5 minutes on low heat. Add salt, turmeric and chili
<br /> powder and give a stir and remove from the heat. Let it cool down completely then add the
<br /> dehydrated coriander leaves and mix.
