Tank is not in <br />contact with the <br />around. <br />PG&E Owned Visual <br /> <br />15.5 Internal Heating Coils- 40 CFR 112.8 (0(7) <br />The bulk storage tanks do not have internal heating coils. <br /> <br />15.6 Overfill Prevention- 40 CFR 112.8 (c)(8) <br />Prior to delivering diesel fuel to the above ground storage tank, the fuel delivery contractor <br />determines the amount of fuel to be delivered by gauging the .tank. The delivery contractor' <br />remains in the immediate vicinity of the tank during fuel transfer arid meters and monitors the <br />amount of fuel delivered. The contractor can immediately respond to a potential overfill <br />situation by shutting down the delivery truck's pumping equipment. The receiving diesel fuel <br />tank does not include an automatic shut off-device that impedes and stops fuel delivery as the <br />tank nears 95% of its listed capacity. <br />Product is delivered at a controlled rate and continuously monitored to prevent overfilling. <br />SPCC 26:3-1KRC-TR/s,CY Pl...AN'i• 19
