To eaaiat in achieving this goal, the Company has <br /> established en "Injury and Illness Prevention Program". <br /> "Designation of Responsibility <br /> The Vice President, C(][) is responsible for establishing policy On health and safety matters. <br /> The Director of Property Management serves as the Company's Health and Safety Coordinator <br /> and will provide overall pn)gm@nn leadership. <br /> The following supervisors must be knowledgeable of, auppurt, enforce and monitor compliance <br /> of all policies herein, and nee that all employees within their assigned area receive training <br /> during the employee's Introductory Period and annually thereafter: <br /> Apartment Community EmploVees Corporate/Branch Office Employees <br /> Regional Property Manager and Director ofProperty Management and <br /> Director ofProperty Management Vice President/COO <br /> Employees are expected to comply with all policies and procedures addressed within the Injury <br /> and Illness Prevention Program. Any concerns employees may have regarding unsafe <br /> working conditions Or other health and safety matters should be promptly reported to the <br /> applicable supervisor. <br /> The Injury and Illness Prevention Program is available for employee review at each <br /> Apartment Community and at the Corporate and Branch [}Minem.
