Management will endeavor to <br /> schedule work to enable employees to also devote the necessary time to their individual <br /> families, ifthey are also affected bythe emerQenQ/disoaLer. <br /> An EMERGENCY AND DISASTER HANDBOOK will be established for each Apartment <br /> Communib/, providing procedures to undertake during and after the following emergencies <br /> and/or disasters: <br /> 1. FUmm <br /> 2. Earthquake <br /> 3. Flood <br /> 4. Heat Wave <br /> 5. Crime <br /> 8. Bomb Threat <br /> 7. Wildfires <br /> -Designation of Responsibility <br /> The Vice President.
