Per the attached application boreholes will be decommissioned with neat cement after <br />completion of the injections per SJCEHD requirements. Per your email request on Thursday, April 23, 2015 (included below) ECM emailed you (June 15, 2015) <br />the upcoming events to obtain a soil boring and also perform another round of ISCO. We have filed for a boring and <br />injection permit with the SJQEHD and they are asking for something that says the work is approved under the prior <br />1
