Per our conversation and
the email below received on April 23, 2015 we are planning to perform another round of ISCO at the FMS facility during
the week of July 6th and during the week of August 3rd, 2015. It is my understanding that this work is approved under
the prior 2014 work plan as the same processes and ISCO is being used in the same area and the work can be performed
under the existing R5 permit.
As requested attached is a letter that says we are using the same persulfate and direct push technology as last year. We
have also included a figure showing the proposed locations. These are within the same are as last year. We have also
included a schedule that shows the dates and durations.
If you have any questions please give me a call.
Thanks,
Donald L.
