Phase 1 includes the conversion of a 2,400 sq.ft.stoarge building into a fabrication <br /> shop and the construction of a 900 sq. ft. roof cover for equipment and material storage. Phase 2 includes the constuction <br /> of a 7,050 sq. ft. 2-story office building, fabrication shop, and storage building. The business will build and assemble <br /> equipment and utilities to be used in wastewater treatment construction projects. All construction is non-combustible and <br /> includes cutting and welding.The facility will operate five(5)days a week,ten (10)hours a day,with two(2)shifts proposed. <br /> The project proposes a maximum of thirty (30) employees per shift and estimates one (1) delivery per day. Access to the <br /> site is from N. Ellen Street. This project will be served by public water, public sewer, and a retention pond for storm <br /> drainage. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the east side of N.
