The proposed septic system will consist, at a minimum of a 1,200- <br /> gallon septic tank with two compartments and leach lines. The septic system will be <br /> connected to the two-bedroom modular home planned to be developed on the property <br /> and will be utilized 365 days a year. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There is one existing septic system servicing the current residential structure (house) at <br /> the subject property. No additional information could be ascertained about the septic <br /> system. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> There are no liquid waste septic permits on file at the EHD for the property. <br /> The only liquid waste permit on file for the property is EHD Permit 86-1074 for new well <br /> installation (Appendix B). <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no septic tank repair/addition permits on file at the EHD for the property. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for agricultural and residential land use. Several liquid <br /> waste permits are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the <br /> subject property. <br /> 3.5.
