PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 051 Page 15 depicts the site parcel (APN 051- <br /> 150-070) in the northeastern portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the east by <br /> North Tretheway Road followed by agricultural property (051-150-060) and to the west, <br /> north and south by single-family residential properties (051-150-400; -340, -250). The <br /> parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property is currently being used for residential purposes and has been historically <br /> utilized for residential purposes. The current residential dwelling was erected on the <br /> property in 1971. Prior to residential development, the property was likely used for light <br /> agricultural purposes. North Tretheway Road represents the western boundary of the city <br /> of Lockeford. The site is located on the west side of North Tretheway Road, just outside <br /> the city limits of Lockeford, and in the northeastern portion of San Joaquin County, <br /> California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water <br /> well. The well is approximately 100 feet away from the existing septic system and will be <br /> over 180 feet away from the proposed septic system area (Figure 2). The development <br /> of a residence and new septic system will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The current septic system includes a residential system located to the west of the existing <br /> residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is utilized by the residence and is <br /> permitted for a three-bedroom house. The existing septic system and leach field extend <br /> to the west of the residence and are located approximately 100 feet away from the onsite <br /> water well. The septic system is utilized 365 days a year by the three-bedroom house. <br />
