PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 051 Page 15 depicts the site parcel (APN 051- 150-070) in the northeastern portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the east by North Tretheway Road followed by agricultural property (051-150-060) and to the west, north and south by single-family residential properties (051-150-400; -340, -250). The parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. 1.4. SITE MAP A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE The property is currently being used for residential purposes and has been historically utilized for residential purposes. The current residential dwelling was erected on the property in 1971. Prior to residential development, the property was likely used for light agricultural purposes. North Tretheway Road represents the western boundary of the city of Lockeford. The site is located on the west side of North Tretheway Road, just outside the city limits of Lockeford, and in the northeastern portion of San Joaquin County, California. 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water well. The well is approximately 100 feet away from the existing septic system and will be over 180 feet away from the proposed septic system area (Figure 2). The development of a residence and new septic system will not affect water being supplied to the property. 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE The current septic system includes a residential system located to the west of the existing residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is utilized by the residence and is permitted for a three-bedroom house. The existing septic system and leach field extend to the west of the residence and are located approximately 100 feet away from the onsite water well. The septic system is utilized 365 days a year by the three-bedroom house.
