<br /> Based on file review information and specialized knowledge;no off-Site database listings pose a risk to the
<br /> Site. During the site reconnaissance several truckloads of concrete debris were observed on the southeast
<br /> portion of the Site from various sources, see Photo 8,Appendix B.
<br /> 9.0 OPINIONS AND CONCLUSIONS
<br /> We (Condor) have performed a Phase I ESA in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM E
<br /> 1527-13 for 54 West Conejo Court, Mountain House, San Joaquin County, California. Any exceptions to,
<br /> or deletions from,this practice are described in Section 10.0 of this report.This assessment has revealed no
<br /> evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the property(Site).
<br /> Condor recommends no further evaluation of the Site for environmental concerns.
<br /> 10.0 DEVIATIONS
<br /> This ASTM Phase I ESA was performed by Condor according to the scope and limitations of ASTM
<br /> Practice E 1527-13, except for the following:
<br /> • Adjoining property owner interviews were not attempted.
<br /> This is not considered a significant deviation since the property history and environmental conditions are
<br /> well understood and knowledge likely would not be enhanced further by the few adjoining property owners.
