Contact the local Fire District, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> Community Development Department for applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior to commencing work, including <br /> change in contractors, service technicians, installers, etc. All new submittals supersede the <br /> previous ones. <br /> 3. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual <br /> physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being performed, who possesses all of <br /> the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State <br /> License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> • A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council <br /> (ICC), and <br /> • A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br /> installed. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br /> individual physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being performed, who <br /> possesses all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors State <br /> License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> • A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council (ICC), and <br /> • A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br /> tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> 1868 E.
