This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for used oil were not complete. Obsolete federal hazard category was <br />found in th chemical inventory. The chemical inventory was submitted late for the year of 2019. Last submittal made <br />for the inventory section was on 8-12-2019. This section has not been submitted for the year of 2020. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />The site map was not submitted as part of the business plan. The business site map was submitted late for the <br />year of 2019. Last submittal date was 8/12/2019. The site map has not been submitted for the year of 2020. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br />access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br />areas, and emergency response equipment.
