No submittal has been made for the <br />year of 2020. <br /> Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include familiarity with <br />the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br />hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br />program agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br />These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The facility information section was submitted late on 11/23/2020. The inventory section <br />was last submitted on 8/12/2019. The plan section was last submitted on 12-3-2020. The inventory and plans <br />section have not been submitted for the year of 2020. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br />beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />All violations were corrected on site. The shop area, outside shop area, out side hazardous waste areas, and <br />the bulk oil storage area out side were all inspected. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
