The <br /> structures will either be one- or two-story. As of this time, the actual loading is not <br /> known. Preliminary grading calls for several feet of cut and fill to be placed over <br /> the property. Additional details of the proposed construction are not known to our <br /> firm at this time. <br /> PURPOSES AND SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> The purposes and scope of this investigation have been to explore the surface <br /> and subsurface soil conditions, and provide recommendations for type of foundations, <br /> o <br />
