The site plan showing the <br /> approximate location of the proposed site is presented on <br /> Addendum A. <br /> PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> The purpose and scope- of this investigation was to determine if <br /> organic materials deposited had produced gases as a result of <br /> decomposition, determine gas migration limits, and to sample gas <br /> to determine quantity/quality and major constituents. <br /> This report contains the following information: <br /> 1. Site plan showing the approximate location of driven wells <br /> and barholes (Addendum B) <br /> 2 . Well construction logs (Addendum C) <br /> 3 . Instrument calibration logs (Addendum D) <br /> 4 . Barhole readings (Addendum E) <br /> 5. Tedlar sample bag history, chain-of-custody, and sample field <br /> test results (Addendum F) <br /> 6 .
