Thornton Rood,Thornton. The Department previously <br /> reviewed this project on Jdnuory 6, 2021. The Department hos the following comments: <br /> 1. Coliro ns recommends minimizing the number of access points onto the roods <br /> whenever possible. <br /> 2. SB 743 under CEOA requires local development land use projects to provide safe <br /> transportation, reduce per capita vehicle miles traveled (VMTj, increase accessibility <br /> by mode shore of bicycle, pedestrian, and Transit Travel, and reduce GHG emissions. <br /> Colira ns also recommends the establishment of programs or methods to reduce VMT <br /> and support appropriate bicycle, pedestrid n, and iro nsiT infrastructure. <br /> 3.
