I wish I had an answer,but don't. If you don't get anywhere with Charlie,you might try contacting Steve Dutra, our parks superintendent,to see if he has any available space at the parks maintenance facility straight down Stockton Street less than a mile away.Not sure how many drums you're talking about. Steve can be reached(Monday) at 333-6742 or sdutra o lodi.gov. Also, our police department will be on the site this weekend to notify the transients that they will face trespassing charges if they remain in the area while the work is going on. I can not say how effective the efforts will be,but the police chief will enforce with the resources that are available at the time.
