Project Consistency with 2030 Scoping Plan GHG Emission-Reduction Strategies <br />Scoping Plan Measure <br />Measure <br />Number Project Consistency <br />1.5 million zero-emission and plug- <br />in hybrid light-duty electric vehicles <br />by 2025 (4.2 million Zero-Emissions <br />Vehicles by 2030) <br />Recommended Consistent. Implemented by PDF-AQ/GHG-4, the <br />Project would install conduit for 33 future EV charging <br />stations (6% of parking spaces) in accordance with <br />CALGreen standards. <br />Low Carbon Fuel Standard T-2 Consistent. Motor vehicles driven by the Project’s <br />employees would use compliant fuels. <br />Low Carbon Fuel Standard (18% <br />reduction in carbon intensity by <br />2030) <br />Recommended Consistent. Motor vehicles driven by the Project’s <br />employees would use compliant fuels. <br />Regional Transportation-Related <br />GHG Targets <br />T-3 Consistent. Implemented by PDF-AQ-GHG-3 through <br />PDF-AQ/GHG-5, the Project would install conduit for <br />future electric truck charging capabilities, install <br />conduit for 33 future EV charging stations, and <br />designate 21 parking spaces for clean air/EV/vanpool <br />parking to encourage use of alternative forms of <br />transportation. <br />Advanced Clean Transit Recommended Not applicable. This measure does not apply to the <br />Project. The Project would not inhibit CARB from <br />implementing this Scoping Plan measure. <br />Last Mile Delivery Recommended Not applicable. This measure does not apply to the <br />Project. The Project would not inhibit CARB from <br />implementing this Scoping Plan measure. <br />Reduction in Vehicle Miles Traveled Recommended Not applicable. The Project would not prevent CARB <br />from implementing this measure. <br />Vehicle Efficiency Measures <br />1. Tire Pressure <br />2. .Fuel Efficiency Tire Program <br />3. Low-Friction Oil <br />4. Solar-Reflective Automotive <br />Paint and Window Glazing <br />T-4 Consistent. These standards would be applicable to <br />the light-duty vehicles that would access the Project <br />site. Motor vehicles driven by the Project’s employees <br />would maintain proper tire pressure when their <br />vehicles are serviced. The Project’s employees would <br />replace tires in compliance with CARB vehicle <br />standards that are in effect at the time of vehicle <br />purchase. Motor vehicles driven by the Project’s <br />employees would use low-friction oils when their <br />vehicles are serviced. The Project’s employees would <br />purchase vehicles in compliance with CARB vehicle <br />standards that are in effect at the time of vehicle <br />purchase. In addition, the Project would not prevent <br />CARB from implementing this measure. <br />Ship Electrification at Ports (Shore <br />Power) <br />T-5 Not applicable. This measure does not apply to the <br />Project. The Project would not inhibit CARB from <br />implementing this Scoping Plan measure.
