In <br />addition, the Project would not prevent CARB from <br />implementing this measure. <br />Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicle <br />Hybridization Voucher Incentive <br />Project <br />T-8 Consistent. The Project medium- and heavy-duty <br />vehicles (e.g., delivery trucks) could take advantage of <br />the vehicle hybridization action, which would reduce <br />GHG emissions through increased fuel efficiency. In <br />addition, the Project would not prevent CARB from <br />implementing this measure. <br />Medium and Heavy-Duty GHG <br />Phase 2 <br />Recommended Not applicable. This measure does not apply to the <br />Project. The Project would not inhibit CARB from <br />implementing this Scoping Plan measure. <br />High-Speed Rail T-9 Not applicable. This measure does not apply to the <br />Project. The Project would not inhibit CARB from <br />implementing this Scoping Plan measure. <br />Electricity and Natural Gas Sector <br />Energy Efficiency Measures <br />(Electricity) <br />E-1 Consistent. The Project will comply with current Title <br />24, Part 6, of the California Code of Regulations <br />energy efficiency standards for electrical appliances <br />and other devices at the time of building construction. <br />Energy Efficiency (Natural Gas) CR-1 Consistent.
