Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br />209/468-3420 <br />April 3, 1995 <br />Frank Alegre <br />802 North Cluff Ave. <br />Lodi, CA 95240 <br />Re: Inspection of Windeler Ranch Glass Disposal Site (CIA), 640 Mossdale Rd. <br />Dear Mr. Alegre: <br />On March 29, 1995, staff of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, <br />the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), were denied access to inspect the above <br />referenced site. This letter will serve to inform you that Public Resources Code <br />Sections 44100, 44101 and 44105 (b) give LEA staff full authority to inspect the <br />premises of your site. <br />If access is not allowed by you, the Department will have no choice but to contact the <br />County Counsel and obtain an inspection warrant to enter the premises. Refusal to <br />allow access to an LEA staff member in possession of an inspection warrant is a <br />misdemeanor and may subject you to prosecution under Code of Civil Procedure <br />Section 1822.57.
