LCEAILTH
RE: Inspection of Windler Ranch Glass Disposal Site 640 Mossdale
Road
Dear Mr. Huggins;
I an in receipt of your letter dated April 3, 1995, wherein you
state that on March 29, 1995, staff of the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Division Local Enforcement Agency were denied
access to inspect my property at 640 Mossdale Road. I would like
to have the record reflect that staff was not denied access to
this site.
On the date in question I spoke with Steven Mindt of your staff,
and I advised Mr. Mindt that I had set letters out to all
regulatory agencies advising that I was to be contacted prior to
any government employee or agent accessing properties owned,
leased or occupied by Frank and/or Helen Alegre, and I or my agent
would escort government employees or agents onto, around and off
my property sites.
As you desire to inspect the 640 Mossdale site ( where there is no
longer a Glass Disposal site ) you or a staff member may call my
office and arrange an appointment date by speaking with me
directly.
Sincerely,
Frank C.
