Shelves at customer service areas(next to sinks) <br /> 12 Ect... <br /> There is a plastic bin with foul water under neath one of the ice scoop holders at customer service area.Water from this bin <br /> shall be discarded immediately.There after discard daily. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.
