Once open,transfer contents of bagged food into sealed and labeled <br /> containers. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069(b)) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Entire facility is very unsanitary. The following surfaces need immediate cleaning and sanitizing: <br /> 1.All of the sinks <br /> 2. Interior of metal cabinets at customer service area <br /> 3. Wood shelves at cashier station <br /> 4. Walk in wire shelves <br /> 5. Red plastic crate in walk in cooler <br /> 6. Mop buckets(caked on black residue) <br /> 7. Floor sinks <br /> 8. Walk in floors and walls <br /> 9. Plastic cart(next to walk in) <br /> 10. Fabric curtain <br /> 11. Shelves at customer service areas(next to sinks) <br /> 12 Ect... <br /> There is a plastic bin with foul water under neath one of the ice scoop holders at customer service area.Water from this bin <br /> shall be discarded immediately.There after discard daily. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Lack of sanitizer test strips. Provide by 1 week <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br /> materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method.
