WFS, Inc.
WFS expects to transition the Stockton Station's operations from the current open-air
canopy structure to the new air cargo facility within 30-60 days once construction is
complete. As part of transitioning into the new facility, we currently plan to perform a
comprehensive risk assessment which will include as part of its scope a review of
compliance obligations related to the matters identified by the SJCEHD.
At the corporate level, we are resolved to closely monitor the corrective actions at the
Stockton facility and to implement a system of site practices to assure continuing
compliance. In the fall of 2020, we implemented a revised comprehensive station audit
program at the executive management level. Stockton is schedule for the corporate level
audit in Summer of 2021. As part of its scope, that audit too will include a review of
compliance obligations related to the matters identified by the SJCEHD.
A more detailed response to each of the 14 findings of non-compliance (i.e., violations) is
provided below and summarized in the attached Corrective Action Statement. Once the
WFS-Stockton operations have transitioned to the new air cargo facility the only
regulated wastes that are expected to be routinely generated at the new facility will be
limited to universal wastes (i.e., non-empty aerosol cans) and Non-RCRA wastes (i.e.,
used motor oils, used oil/fuel filters and oil-containing solids).
Regards,
Aii#ew 1fat free
Andrew Hatfield
Director, Safety— Western Region
720-767-7831
Bldg.151 East Hangar Road,Suite 361 /
JFK International Airport Jamaica,NY 11430 USA WFSl.:(718)244-0900 Fax:(718)244-1404 V V
www.wfs.aero
Worldwide Flight Services
